23. Serpent Stigma: My Neighbor Catches a Glimpse of My Snake Yoga Mat

kalimera everybodyyy.....

i am coming to u live and refreshed from

MY own apartment...

and even though i thought it was private....

(a place can never bee too private for a cancer moon.)

i had a accidneltal chat on the balcony with a neighbor...

and it brought up for me feelings of vulnerability 

which reminded me WHAT KUNDALINI really IS--

ANd why it may still be in the shadows.... as a yoga practice
