here i share why i believe i had issues with the leadership at this retreat,

in essence, why they felt antagonistic towards me --- 

and how going forward,

i can present myself more honestly, 

as far as my qualifications

and choose positions,

even if is volunteer

that MATCH my qualifications. 

i also share a funny story from back in the 1990s
